Pioneer Lakes RV Park is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our Recreation Team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with guests, and creating memorable experiences for families and children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead games, crafts, and campground activities for guests of all ages
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide clear instructions and assistance during activities
- Set up and clean up for events and keep supplies organized
- Assist with birthday parties and food-related activities (e.g., cookie decorating)
- Occasionally serve as a park mascot (costume provided)
- Maintain a basic knowledge of the campground to answer guest questions
- Operate and monitor park-specific amenities (training provided)
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
- Must be comfortable working with children and groups
- Basic understanding of food safety; food handler’s certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
