Jellystone Park Monticello - Retail Staff
- Maximum customer interaction
- Must be friendly and courteous and strive for excellent customer service
- Must be comfortable working with money : closing a register for the day, maintaining change, counting out change
- Must be comfortable working with reservation software / POS system
- Must be comfortable answering phones
- Keep store clean : dusting of shelves and merchandise, sweeping, vacuuming, removing garbage
- Restocking of merchandise as it sells, unpacking boxes, tagging merchandise
- Must be comfortable opening and closing the store
- Have a basic knowledge of the campground and be aware of the current scheduled activities to answer guest questions
- Must be able to handle working in a busy environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
