Four Roses Distillery is seeking an experienced Visitor Center Operations Director to manage the daily operations of our Visitor Center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and retail management.
About the Role
- The Visitor Center Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Visitor Center, including managing the guest experience, retail storefront maintenance, and daily, weekly, and monthly functions.
- They will work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Visitor Center and increase sales.
- The role will also involve coordinating events, such as tours and tastings, and ensuring that all necessary preparations are made.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Visitor Center.
- Manage the guest experience, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Coordinate events, such as tours and tastings.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in guest/customer service/retail/hospitality.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
