What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visitor Center Supervisor position at Four Roses Distillery?
We are seeking a highly skilled Visitor Center Supervisor to join our team at Four Roses Distillery. As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across our Visitor Centers.
You will supervise daily associate and Visitor Center supervision, Trade and VIP Tours, Bar 1888, Retail & Inventory, Archive Collection and Management. You will also align with Brand team members leading seasonal marketing campaigns, brand strategy, brand education events, e-commerce, and DTC sales.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment, with expertise in labor budgets, staffing levels, and guest-facing, customer service roles.
