Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hot tub controls and plumbing
- Repair or replace faulty equipment
- Help deliver hot tubs when needed
- Test water chemistry and make necessary adjustments
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hot tub maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or similar related field is preferred but
- Strong electrical knowledge, ability to use multi meter and power tools.
- Experience with AC/DC voltage, current, and resistance measurements.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing electrical equipment as well as plumbing leaks in customer’s hot tubs. You will utilize your electrical & mechanical knowledge and skills to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide exceptional customer service. Work is mostly outside at customer’s homes. Work is a mix of hot tub repair and deliveries, every day is something different. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
