What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher position at Four Seasons Early Learning Academy?
Four Seasons ELA is a vibrant and nurturing Reggio inspired Preschool committed to providing a stimulating and engaging learning environment for young children. We focus on fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based and age-appropriate activities.
We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team for our Infant classrooms. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff and parents.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where infants feel secure and loved.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress, ensuring personalized care and attention.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child’s day and milestones.
- Change diapers and keep children clean .
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Maintain open lines of communication between the classrooms and the administrative office.
- Ensure Licensing, Local and School rules and policies are properly followed.
Qualifications:
- Must love children, be friendly, outgoing, reliable and have a positive attitude.
- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of infant development and care.
- Patience, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to follow guidelines/policies and multi-task.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
