Pay: $40.00 - $44.00 an hour based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday - Morning Shift (Typically a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm)

Job Description:
As the Facilities Manager at Four Seasons Environmental, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of building maintenance, ensuring all systems (including HVAC) are running efficiently and safely. Your role will involve managing a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating repair and preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily facilities maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep.
• Perform regular inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly, and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Manage and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, address issues, and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Oversee vendor and contractor activities related to facilities and HVAC services.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, particularly those related to HVAC and building safety.
• Prepare and manage facilities maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
• Handle emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical systems of facilities between 10,000 - 200,000 sq. ft..
• Certification or licensure in HVAC (e.g., EPA Section 608, NATE certification) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address complex facility-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Experience managing teams and overseeing contractors/vendors.
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to facilities management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
