What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Wedding Coordinator position at Four Seasons Events?
Responsibilities:
- Temp part-time position for 2024 Wedding Season (Hourly Rate)
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, specifically weddings
- Coordinate with vendors, such as photographers, florists, entertainment providers, venue staff to ensure smooth event operations
- Manage event logistics, including event breakdown
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting attendees, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
- On Site support to lead planner, hours dependent on event schedule (must be able to travel to NYC & Brooklyn easily
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, vendors, and team members
- Experience in event planning or related field is preferred
- References, credits, etc.

*** 2024 scheduled events will be given upon hiring, we work throughout the whole tri-state area and this is mainly for our NYC/Brooklyn events. Please be aware this will NOT be every weekend, there will be 10-12 events per season for you to work and gain experience.
