Job Summary: Four Seasons Health Club is seeking a skilled and reliable Lawn Care Technician to maintain the outdoor landscape areas of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all lawns, plants, and surrounding green spaces are well-kept, healthy, and aesthetically appealing. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall outdoor experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns and bushes to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.
- Perform seasonal maintenance, including leaf removal.
- Monitor plant health and recommend solutions for disease or pest control.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Assist with general landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Ensure walkways, driveways, and parking lots remain clear of debris, weeds, and overgrowth.
- Maintain records of treatments and services performed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and comply with local and state landscaping regulations.
- Safely drive the company truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials between facilities.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience.
- Knowledge of proper lawn care techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality landscaping.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment including a zero turn mower, and perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience driving a truck and trailer preferred.
