Job Description:
This role will report to Crown Point, Indiana. Generator apprentices work with crew leads to install generators throughout our service territory. You will solve mechanical problems on site, run gas lines and electrical lines to generators, work with customers directly, and help around the shop as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, understand the basics of plumbing and electricity, and have a great work ethic.

Hiring is contingent upon motor vehicle record, passing a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Compensation is determined by experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Requirements and Physical Abilities:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to learn and constantly improve
- Strong work ethic, and punctuality
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs over head
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to use shovels, rakes and power tools
- Electrical, gas line and Generator experience helpful
