Install Apprentice

We are looking to fill our Entry-Level Apprentice Installer position to assist our HVAC Lead Installers for furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work.

• Tier 1: Initial Training Phase (2-4 weeks) $16.20/hour while learning the basics.
• Tier 2: Field Training Phase Performance-based pay, averaging $16.20 - $25/hour, based on productivity and skill development.
• Tier 3: Entry-Level Installer Upon completing training, choose between:
  • Hourly Pay: $20/hour
  • Performance-Based Pay: Earn $16.20 - $30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.

Work/Job Schedule:

• Every Sunday off (every 20 weeks you are required to work one Sunday)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)
• Assist the Lead Installer
• Perform basic repairs
• Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Acceptable Driving Record Preferred
• Any type of EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

The work environment will vary from driving in the company-issued vehicle to/from customers home to making periodic stops in the office for paperwork or meetings.
