Responsibilities
- Possess open-mindedness, humility and teachability to be able to fully adopt new sales and communication techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their kitchen renovation needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on kitchen solutions.
- Utilize expert negotiation skills and boldness to assume the close to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
