About the role
The Golf Sport Assistant is responsible for organizing golf competitions, golf ball s pick-up and golf reception. The essential functions are to advise, welcome, build loyalty and offer a pleasant, efficien t and professional service, in line with Four Seasons standards.
The Golf Sport Assistant must be qualified and experienced in technical skills, reception and service, have good team spirit, excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills to meet the expectations of a high-end clientele. Organizational skills are also key.
What you will do
Golf competition organization : perfect knowledge of the albatros 9 software, golf rules, organization of registrations and management of golf and restaurant logistics .
Guests welcoming, group reception, invoicing, bookings , sales and rentals.
Ensure the security of the site
Clean and tidy reception area, carts, carts, driving range area

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. Knowl egdge of the Chrono Golf operating system would be appreciated.
