What You Will Do

• To collect all soiled linens and terry using the appropriate containers and bins
• To prepare all soiled linens and terry to be sent offsite for washing and folding
• To receive all completed linens and terry prepared offsite
• To deliver all linen and terry to guest floors for use
• To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve
• maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
• To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
  
  

What You Bring

• Education: High school education or equivalent experience
• Experience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization.
• Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Work a full shift standing
• Lift/Push/Pull/Carry objects up to 100lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout full shift
• Ability to work inside and outside; Subject to all weather conditions; including: sun, wind, and rain
• Ability to work with chemical/agents as needed
• Ability to work in cramped quarters; between laundry and storage areas
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to operate uniform/laundry/housekeeping equipment
• Hearing/speech/vision/literacy ability to have one on one communication with guests and employees and to perform job functions and duties as assigned
• Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
  
  

Schedule

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This will include some evenings, weekends and holidays
