About The Role
The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding Department.
What You Will Do
- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
- Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain the silver polishing program
- Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
