Compensation
80,000 - 83,000 Annual Salary

About The Role

What You Will Do
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate for line-level and management roles
- Manage and oversee employee leave of absence programs and workers' compensation
- Administer employee benefits and ensure timely enrollment and eligibility tracking.
- Foster positive, professional relationships with all employees
- Maintain and manage employee data within Workday and ADP systems
- Actively participate in Embark, new hire orientation program
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while ensuring strict confidentiality of People & Culture matters
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in employment and benefits
- Strong recruitment knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- Prior New York and union experience is preferred
