What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?
The Cook 1 Overnight will be a stand alone position with the shift of 11 PM 7 PM to assist in the overnight Room Service orders. In addition, this position will prep items for the upcoming Food and Beverage operations in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment and is an essential member of the Food & Beverage culinary team. The Kitchen presents and endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels.

Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a dynamic individual for Cook I.
An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!
What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?
- 3- 4 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operation.
- High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education preferred.
- Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen
- Check with other staff to make sure their stations are ready and prepared beyond estimated needs.
- Complete missed place and set up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
- We’re for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability
- Act as a liaison between the line-staff and kitchen management to insure the kitchen staff is operating in at the expected level set by the Resort Culinary Management.
- Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage per policies.
- Return all food items not used to designated storage
- An individual who let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- This position pays $24.50 hr. (Overnight Rate)

- Effectively operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment.
- Act as a liaison between the line-staff and kitchen management to insure the kitchen staff is operating at the expected level set by the resort culinary management.
