About the role :
The Bar Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage department; specifically in the restaurant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. The restaurant exudes all Four Seasons Cultures while executing by the "Ramsay Standard". Displaying behaviors of professionalism as expected in any high-level restaurant or hospitality environment. This position will report to the Restaurant General Manager, which is overseen by the Director of Food & Beverage.
What you will do :
- Customer Service : Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest
- Comprehension : Providing excellent knowledge of the beverage menu items to guests by offering vivid descriptions of the origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Customer Satisfaction : Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Communication / Teamwork : Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of
