About the role :
The Bell Attendant / Guest Services Attendant is a combination role of Bell, Door and Valet Attendants. They will be responsible for creating a sense of arrival for resort, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car. They will also assist with delivering luggage and packages to guest villas and / or areas around the resort, conduct resort and room orientations, provide directions and / or information about Napa Valley. The Bell Attendant / Guest Services Attendant will also provide a fond farewell departing guests at the hotel.
