About the role
At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Chief Engineer is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum owner and guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What you will do
- Oversee a team of Engineering and Maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering
operations for interior / exterior facilities including plumbing, refrigeration, heating / cooling,
painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, ground care and parking areas.
decisions, policy making, and inventory control while focusing on creative cost control to
maximize profit in the division and Residence Club.
other engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure
the safety and comfort of guests and employees.
