The role of the Food Runner
Assist the server with delivery of food from kitchen and completing guest requests to ascertain satisfaction and ensure exceptional service. Explain food items thoroughly upon delivery. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to assist in set up and clean-up of tables; restock items and utensils necessary for plating within the respective restaurant.
