Hawaiian Cultural Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hawaiian Cultural Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.
Your role will be to develop and implement cultural activities throughout the resort, creating a sense of place and community among our employees and guests.
You will work closely with the Hualalai Cultural Center team to design and deliver unique experiences for VIPs, groups, and other special events.
In addition, you will participate in site inspections, media visits, and client events, showcasing the beauty and culture of Hawaii to potential guests.
You will also be responsible for hosting employee experiences, such as pop-up events and training sessions, to foster a sense of community and connection among our staff.
A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Hawaiian culture and traditions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sense of place through Hawaiian cultural activities throughout the resort
- Designing and delivering unique experiences for VIPs, groups, and other special events
- Participating in site inspections, media visits, and client events
- Hosting employee experiences, such as pop-up events and training sessions
- Servicing guest/member relations and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
