Guests come for our legendary service and well-appointed accommodations and then return for our exciting seasonal activations and ever-evolving food and beverage offerings.
About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Manager (Department Head) to join our dynamic Spa Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.
What you will do
Are you excited about delivering the best Spa experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Spa Manager will oversee staff including therapists, estheticians, attendants and receptionists. The Spa Manager is in charge of the day to day operation of our Spa in making sure all runs smoothly for guests and employees. The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Austin has three (3) treatment rooms with available treatments such as massages, facials, Hydrafacials, and body treatments.
What you bring
- College degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of fives years' experience in luxury Spa or related field.
- Previous experience with Spa retail preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be a quick problem solver
- Work authorization in the United States
