We are seeking a Part Time Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help us deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing guest rooms for arrival and ensuring that every detail is attended to with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift.
- Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
- Folds any clothing left in room and places it in an appropriate spot.
- Removes Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings.
- Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization.
- Previous Housekeeping/cleaning experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Must be able to speak/read/write English and communicate with guests to accommodate needs and requests.
- Must be able to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
