Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable time at our bar. You will be in charge of taking customer orders, mixing a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, making beer and wine recommendations, and maintaining the bar area in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more
- Order necessary bar supplies, stock, and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages
- Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
- Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system
