**Duties:**
- Analyze soil conditions, plant types, and weather patterns to determine the best approach for landscaping projects.
- Provide technical sales support to clients, including demonstrating products and negotiating prices.
- Manage accounts and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use technology, including Salesforce, to track sales and manage client interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and solve technical problems related to landscaping projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the latest landscaping technologies and trends.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in the landscaping industry, including sales and account management.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong technical sales skills and the ability to negotiate prices.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with technology, including Salesforce and other sales tools.
