What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nurse Aide position at Four Seasons Living Center?
Four Seasons Living Center is looking for compassionate Nurse Aides.
If you would be interested in becoming a CNA, we can get you certified! The position pay will start out at $15.00 an hour. Within 120 days of hire you would be put through CNA classes and after you complete the course your pay will increase to $18.00 an hour.
The schedule for this position is 12-hour shifts on a rotation.
Every other weekend rotation
Their duties include but not limited to
Monitoring residents during smoke schedules, passing fresh ice water to residents, completing face checks/intensive monitoring documentation, assisting and encouraging residents to maintain clean living areas, answering call lights for assistance, walking the halls to monitor and assist with daily activities and report any changes in behavior to charge nurse. Previous experience preferred but not required.
Personal care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and helping patients use the toilet
Activities of daily living: Assisting with eating, walking, and exercising
Vital signs: Measuring and recording blood pressure, temperature, and other vital signs
Communication: Listening to patients' concerns and reporting them to nurses
Medication: Administering medication or treatments as directed
Cleaning: Cleaning patients' rooms, bathrooms, and clothing
Transportation: Moving patients between beds, wheelchairs, and other areas
Safety: Ensuring safety protocols are followed and applying professional ethics
Comfort: Providing comfort and interacting with patients
Salary : $15 - $18
