SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
Long-term Care
Four Seasons Living Care Center, LLC, is a 239-bed skilled long-term care facility located in Sedalia, Mo. is currently seeking a Social Services Director. This facility is looking for an energetic, results-orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to take charge of the Social Services Department. Position will involve planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Department. Other duties will include facility admissions, resident trust, resident shopping, scheduling appointments, etc. Duties will normally involve days; however, occasional evening and weekend visits will be needed. We are seeking a team player who is self-motivated, enjoys working with the elderly and has a caring approach.

Qualifications:
- Prefer 2-5 years of Social Work experience, ideally in Long Term Care setting.
- At least 1 year of supervised social work experience in health care setting working directly with individuals including those with mental challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology is preferred.
