Four Seasons Living Center, located in Sedalia, Mo., is currently seeking a Social Services Assistant. This facility is looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to take charge of the Social Services Department. Position will involve planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the Department. Duties will normally involve days; however, occasional evening and weekend visits will be needed. We are seeking a team player who is self-motivated, enjoys working with the elderly and has a caring approach. Prefer 2-5 years social work experience, ideally in Long-term Care. Must have a minimum of one year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals. Bachelor’s degree in a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology is required.
