SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
Long-term Care
Four Seasons Living Center is a 239 -bed skilled long-term care facility located in Sedalia , Missouri is currently seeking an experienced Social Services Director. The qualified candidate will be a result orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working with the aging population and those afflicted with mental health diagnosis. Must have a minimum of one year of social work experience in a health care setting. BSW or bachelor’s degree in a human services field including but not limited to sociology, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
· Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
· Documentation of all SSD services in PPC (Point Care Click)
· Participate in the SSD portion of the Medicaid process, completing MDS assessments, admission process etc.
