Job Title: Molding/Extrusion Packer for 2nd Shift
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Molding/Extrusion Packer to join our team. The Molding/Extrusion packer will be responsible for packing various types of parts used in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machines to produce parts or products in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Document production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, and other team members to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Molding/ extrusion Packer or similar role in a manufacturing environment not required but a plus.
- Knowledge of machine setup and operation not required but a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret production instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.

1. Must be able to pass a drug test.
