Position: Call Center Representative
Location: 5701 W. 73rd Street, Chicago, IL 60638
Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience
Potential commission opportunities available.

What You’ll Do
- Engage Customers: Schedule appointments and provide timely, accurate information about our services.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Address inquiries with professionalism and ensure every customer feels valued.
- Maintain Standards: Manage high call volumes efficiently while upholding top-tier customer care.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven call center experience with a record of reliability and success.
- A consistent history of dedication to team goals and customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking abilities, critical thinking skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the team and our customers
Candidates must provide three professional references to confirm professionalism and dependability.
