Description
Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC, is seeking a motivated Dispatcher/Service Coordinator for our Plumbing and Electrical departments.
Candidates must have night & weekend availability. This position must allow for some flexibility.
Pay Ranges $18-$22 per hour

This role requires working in front of a computer assisting our call center with providing our customers an efficient and positive customer experience. In addition, working with your fellow dispatchers and service technicians to provide a prompt, convenient schedule to maximize our coverage.
Requirements:
- Communicate with customers and field teams about service details
- 1 -2 years in a Dispatch environment (service trades a plus)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Monitor service calls and arrival times
- Schedule service calls for customers and field teams
- Document service schedules and customer complaints
- Plot and shift service calls when necessary
