Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy
Four Seasons Outdoor Living Group is seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Finance and Strategy to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, develop strategic plans, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, developing strategic plans and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and budgeting
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the board
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 15 years' experience in financial planning, business analysis, and/or strategy
- Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems, and experience with financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present to senior management
