This role involves meeting with homeowners, diagnosing exterior home issues, providing accurate estimates, and securing contracts for roofing, siding, gutter, and attic insulation work. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, enjoys following a defined sales process, and is motivated to help clients while earning a high income. You will be responsible for generating 20% of your own leads, maintaining accurate records, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Engagement:
- Diagnose and estimate costs for home exterior projects.
- Convince homeowners to sign with Kanga Roof for their roofing and exterior needs.
- Self-generate 20% of your leads while also working with provided leads.
- Maintain a 40% close rate for replacements and a 70% close rate for repairs.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Meet an annual sales goal of $2,000,000 in replacement work.
- Maintain all records in the CRM system in real time.
- Submit all paperwork within 24 hours of appointments, regardless of the outcome.
- Craft detailed inspection reports and accurate proposals that maintain minimum margins.
- Team Collaboration & Professional Development:
- Attend daily morning meetings and weekly handoff meetings to production/service teams.
- Be an active team player in the sales department.
- Stay up to date on roofing, siding, gutter, and insulation products to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working on roofs up to an 8/12 pitch.
- Previous sales experience preferred (experience with digital proposals & CRM systems a plus).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Work will take place in-office, outdoors, and in clients' homes.
- Frequent travel to customer sites using a company vehicle or personal transportation.
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 80 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing roofs and accessing attic spaces.
