STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: (Job Summary)
This position will work collaboratively with the Parts Sales Team and the Four Seasons Manager to provide outstanding support and service to Sub-Distributor customers. The main focus of this position is to key orders, provide shipping and tracking information, assist with product inquiries and ensuring clear communication of pricing and policy updates.

This job operates in an office setting with casual dress attire. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Visual acuity, speech, hearing, and hand/eye coordination are required. Manual dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to long periods of sitting with repetitive use of hands, fingers, wrists. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs., bend, stoop, kneel, twist and reach.

Skills/Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable and maintain good attendance.
- Manage a portfolio of Sub-Distributor customer accounts.
- Accurately enter customer orders and ensure timely processing.
- Send shipment tracking and order confirmation emails to customers.
- Communicate updates on pricing, policies, and product availability.
- Provide support and product knowledge for acrylic shields.
- Respond to and assist with general customer inquiries and questions.
- Support the Parts Sales Representatives as needed, including handling parts-related calls.
- Collaborate with the Four Seasons Manager over FS Sub-Distributors.
- Maintain organized records and provide administrative support as needed.
