This position travels locally to visit patients in Buncombe, Henderson, and surrounding counties. Mileage reimbursement included.

Our Care Access department plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care when they need it most, and this position is essential to that mission. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of patient care, handling a variety of tasks including admissions and evaluating potential hospice referrals in the hospital. Your assignments will be diverse and engaging in a variety of care settings, adjusted based on patient needs and acuity. Additionally, you may assist with various aspects of the referral process, further enhancing your impact on patient access and support.
