Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Banquet Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Banquet Server serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the service, setup and removal of food and beverage during banquet functions
- Offer pre-determined menu selections to each table; maintain knowledge of each selection’s, origin, taste, and preparation method.
- Communicates guest orders including any special needs, dietary restrictions or requests to the kitchen
- Delivers food and beverage to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure food quality
- Be attentive to the needs of all guests in the function spaces, providing them with dependable, prompts, and enthusiastic service.
- Assist with the physical set-up and take down of banquet rooms.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Banquet experience preferred
- Bartending skills is a plus
- Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
- Some travel may be required for outside events.
- Oral proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, and stand and walk up to 8 hours.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
