Join Our Team

We invite you to apply to join our team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team as Concierge.

The Concierge is an essential member of the Guest Relations Team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

The Concierge responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The concierge is also responsible for storing and retrieving of guest luggage and packages, processing of all guest correspondence, staying knowledgeable about activities at the location, and establishing contacts with vendors to provide updated and current information to guests.

We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of the location, are hands on and have strong business acumen, good communication skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability. Applicants are required to have two to three years experience in a related position. Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous. Previous Chicago concierge experience is beneficial. Member of Les Clef D’or preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, or similar environment

• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.

• Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at one time as well as to stand for long periods of time.

• Requires a high level of attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
