What You'll Do
- Prepare and enter Purchase Orders, Packing Work Orders, and Sales Orders
- Communicate with customs brokers, freight & logistics vendors, and internal departments for order tracking
- Ad-hoc support activities to help the Earth Source team, customers, suppliers, and other departments
- Prepare import invoicing paperwork for accounting department
- Tracking import truckloads and containers and effectively communicating updates to team
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable support activities for the Earth Source team
- Maintain sales and buying tracking sheets and reporting updates to team
