The Opportunity :
Kids for All Seasons Attendant, On-Call
Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool , Splash Zone , Lazy River , and The Drop . Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout . Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.
Responsibilities :
Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages
Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment ; activities may include, water sports, kids' games, pool side movies and more
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior related experience of 2 years
Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, a nd peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be available to work on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
