Locally inspired spa treatments, a bi-level pool and authentic Southwest cuisine set the stage for a restorative desert escape.- Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service
- Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
- Knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service
- Supporting the restaurant server during peak lunch service hours
- Accurate tracking of financial records as part of the closing duty in the absence of the pool manager
- Handling guest concerns with the utmost professionalism
- Assisting in planning special events and promotions
- Assisting in the coaching of pool attendants and servers to provide the best guest experience possible
- Full-time employment with possible overtime based on business demands
- Ability to provide maximum availability for the 7-day operation, including weekends and holidays
- Scheduled for an 8-9 hour shift schedule with 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, 10am, and 11am starting times; potential PM shift schedules with Weekly/Monthly event nights
- 30-minute lunch breaks
- Caring, positive, and enthusiastic!
- Willingness to invest, engage, and build rapport with Residence Club owners professionally
- 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience is a plus
- Ability to walk up to 10 hours per day in a desert climate
- Ability to safely drive golf carts and utility carts
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
