The Lobby Attendant ensures the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the hotel and other cleaning duties as assigned.
The Opportunity
- Deep cleans lobby, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, and other service areas.
- Performs floor care. Sweeps and mops floors and stairwells. Seals, waxes, polishes tile, marble and brass. Cleans and shampoos carpet. Vacuums hallways and offices.
- Removes trash from designated areas and disposes trash in a central area
- Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Housekeeper.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel.
- Oral proficiency in the English language.
- Must be able to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular bending to lift items and supplies.
