Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Pool Access Agent to join our positive, guest-focused team. The ideal candidate has a background in security and is confident, friendly, and professional. This role involves ensuring pool access policies are followed while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.
What you will do
Uphold the integrity of guest access by strictly adhering to the provided guidelines.
Check in each guest, referencing the guest list to confirm registration with the hotel or payment for a spa treatment.
Ensure that all guests are appropriately registered and have the necessary credentials for access.
Provide a welcoming, courteous experience to all guests upon arrival.
Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy.
Use the hotel computer (Micros), Open Table and phone system effectively.
What you bring
High school education or equivalent
1 year(s) previous experience in customer service.
1 year(s) previous experience in a security role.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
The ability to speak clearly with guests who do not have pool access.
The ability to accurately read registration guest lists while maintaining guest confidentiality.
The ability to multi-task while under pressure.
Successful candidates must posses legal United States work authorization

Part time position, 3-4 days a week.
While this is a seasonal role with a defined end date, there may be opportunities for long-term employment based on business needs and performance.
Open availability is preferred & weekend avaialbity is required.
Must be available to work holidays.
Salary : $22
