About the location:
Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. The five-star, five-diamond Resort offers outdoor restaurants, including Nobu Lāna’i, a kid’s club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, beach and pool with spacious seating areas nestled among tropical gardens, Hawanawana spa and luxury retail boutiques. Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. Island activities, many managed by Four Seasons include sunset sails and whale watch tours, horseback riding, sporting clays and archery, biking, hiking, and aerial adventures at Lanai Adventure Park or learn about Hawaiian wayfinding at the on-site observatory.The Travel Industry Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling the Four Seasons Resort Lānaʽi and Sensei Lānaʽi, A Four Seasons Resort with specific focus on domestic west coast retail, Global Distribution System, and wholesale segments.
Responsibilities include:
*Generate hotel awareness through direct phone sales, e-mail, social media, and direct sales calls;
*Participate in tradeshows and networking groups;
*Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to confirm individual business required to meet budgeted sales goals.
*The Travel Industry Sales Manager is accountable for ensuring quotas and goals are met and to ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel’s success.
*This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion on decision making.
Experience Requirements:
Luxury hotel Sales preferred with 3 years of minimum experience in travel industry sales. Proven sales track record, and handling multiple resorts a plus.
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship
