Our property has 368 spacious guest rooms and suites and is the destination for international and high profile clientele.
The Ty Bar Host/ess will greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do:
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers
Manage the host stand, review the reservation book
Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining room s and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information
What you bring:
One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; p revious employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Strong communication skills

Compensation
$30.00-$32.00 -hourly
