Front of House Team Member
Weekdays and weekend availability.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, and restrooms.
- Buss tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Know the menu ingredients and modifications.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic retail math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a background in food service
- Experience in a restaurant setting, including handling cash transactions
- Proficiency in using POS systems, with knowledge of Aloha and Micros POS a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $7.50 - $18.00 per hour
