Graphic Designer Visual Design Lead

Four Squared Solutions is seeking an Expert Graphic Designer Visual Design Lead for a permanent opportunity in South Florida.

Job Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality visual assets across various media platforms, including video, print, social media, web, and interactive formats. This role involves creating impactful national consumer and trade advertising, brochures, collateral, film shoots, digital signage graphics, digital renderings, and animations. As the brand steward, the designer will play a critical role in building and maintaining the brand's visual identity across multiple projects.

This position requires close coordination with business stakeholders, marketing teams, creative directors, copywriters, and production artists to ensure that all visual assets align with the brand's objectives and communicate effectively with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sophisticated, high-quality creative concepts for video, print, digital, and interactive media that align with business strategies while enhancing the brand's identity.
Manage and deliver a diverse range of projects on time and within budget constraints, including collateral, brochures, flyers, and large-scale publications (up to 200 pages).
Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to maintain consistent brand standards across all work.
Take ownership of the design process, ensuring that all materials reflect the company's strategic goals and creative vision.
Work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, from small assets to large, multi-channel campaigns.
Create internal and external presentations for senior management, providing clear and compelling visual narratives.
Oversee the creative execution of projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and error-free output for vendor production.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to the company's brand positioning and guidelines.
Actively contribute to the development of the brand's visual identity and evolving creative direction.
Support asset creation for large-scale projects such as film and photo shoots.
Perform additional job functions as needed.

Nature and Scope

The position influences all marketing programs and initiatives, supporting the company's broader financial and organizational goals.

Manage a wide array of consumer-facing and internal-facing creative assets, ranging from low-budget pieces to high-budget campaigns.

Handle projects involving video production, digital design, and print production, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

Manage approximately 80 design projects per month, balancing creative direction with efficient project management.

Work collaboratively with marketing representatives, designers, copywriters, and production teams to meet business goals and deadlines.

Regularly present creative work to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring feedback and approvals are incorporated throughout the process.

Display flexibility and an open mind in adapting to feedback and revisions from senior leaders and business owners.

Exhibit strong communication skills, both within the marketing department and across the company.

Foster a collaborative work environment focused on creative success and organizational goals.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience : At least 8-12 years of experience in a corporate or agency creative environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing print advertising, digital design, collateral, multi-media campaigns, and video production.

Technical Skills : Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other current design tools. Proficient in creating print-ready files and web production assets.

Creative Skills : Strong conceptual design abilities, with a proven ability to develop original designs within the constraints of multiple media formats.

Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Client Interaction : Excellent interpersonal skills, with a history of successful collaboration and communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

Business Acumen : Ability to understand and execute design solutions that support business objectives and align with the company's branding strategy.
