What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Four Star Freightliner Inc?
Four Star Freightliner is the Southeast regions leading heavy and medium duty truck dealer that offers a complimentary line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use. We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Midway, Fla. location.
The new service advisor must be a problem-solver who works well with the public, is outgoing and very energetic. You will help to complete the customers experience of a timely and accurate repair of their vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
- Create, update, close and bill repair orders
- Participate in the process of continuous improvement for customers, employees & the company
- Determine customer needs and timely plan to perform
- Promote safe work habits and ensures that safety rules are followed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus.
- Analysis/problem solving skills
- Team leadership and motivation skills to the service staff
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop and maintain a good business relationship with both external and internal customers
