What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/ Apprentice position at Four Star Freightliner?
- Safely move trucks and other vehicles within the service department (between service bays, parking lots, etc.).
- Organize vehicles on the service lot according to dealership display standards.
- Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor to customers.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading belongings from their vehicles.
- Answer basic customer questions and direct them to service advisors when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area (sweeping, vacuuming, removing trash).
- Assist service advisors and technicians with tasks as directed.
